Each speaker or pair of student speakers has a five-minute maximum. Moderators will closely monitor the time to give opportunity to each speaker on the program. The moderator will signal each speaker when four minutes have past, notifying the speaker that one minute remains for the speech.

We structured the program so that we would have a variety of viewpoints. Rather than a depth of perspectives, we asked for more speakers to cover a breadth of perspectives.
