Student Health and Insurance

Student Health Services hopes that your time at Emory will be healthy, happy and always intellectually stimulating. In an effort to streamline the distribution of important health information and required health forms, all required student health information is provided online via the Emory University Student Health Services (EUSHS) website. You can download, print and complete the forms and mail them back to us at EUSHS. In addition, you will receive information from Student Health Services through the mail. For all new and transfer students, your Entrance Health History form will be completed on-line via our confidential/secure MedBuddy-U communication system.
