Location

Emory University is a beautiful, lush residential campus located in Atlanta, Georgia. One of the top 25 Universities in the United States, Emory attracts some of the finest academics in the world. Emory supports eminent academic programs in the College of Arts and Humanities, the Goizueta Business School, the Rollins School of Public Health, and the Rollins School of Nursing. Emory University boasts a fine law school and one of the world’s finest medical schools. Emory is within a 30 minute drive of one of the nation’s busiest and most accessible airports. Atlanta is home to some of the most important landmarks of the Civil Rights Movement including the birthplace of Martin Luther King, Jr., Ebenezer Baptist Church, the Martin Luther King Center, and the newly opened National Civil and Human Rights Museum. Nearby is the Jimmy Carter Presidential Center and Library. Other attractions include the World of Coke Museum, the National College Football Hall of Fame, CNN Center, all conveniently located around Centennial Olympic Park, built to celebrate the 100th year of the modern Olympics hosted in Atlanta in 1996.

Dining

Students will have access to the Dobbs Market, Emory’s main dining hall located in the Dobbs University Center, throughout their time at the ENDI. In addition, the dorm staff will periodically provide meals from nearby restaurants and caterers. All meals are covered by the tuition, but students are allowed to bring extra spending money for food at other campus dining locations. Residence Hall

Students will be housed in the recently renovated Harris Hall, during the ENDI. Click here to be directed to Emory’s Residence Life & Housing webpage for additional information about the Harris Residence Hall.

Residential students at the ENDI will be housed on single-gendered halls in two-person rooms. The ENDI Residence Hall Staff supervise the dorms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During free time, students are allowed to spend time in the main lounge, which is supervised by ENDI staff. Commuter students at the ENDI will be dropped off and picked up daily at Harris Hall and will be allowed to spend time in the main lounge.
