Project Objective: General Manager's View of Enterprise Strategic Change in the Digital Age
- It is the intent of this project to profile, from a general management perspective, an enterprise strategic initiative leveraging information technology. From an enterprise perspective, study either a corprorate strategic initiative leveraging emerging digital technologies or profile the strategic intent of a player in internet services arena.
Your Enterprise Strategic Profile (ESP) should include:

Historical Overview of the Organization, Market and Principals

ESP
The intervention of information technologies in markets serves to create new strategic possibilities. To consider the decision processes that target changes in market share or influence, the ESP project permits our examination, review and strategic possibilities for the new milleniun. In this initiative we will study a major strategic initiative by either a player in the new engines of commerce or an enterprise changing the rules in its marketplace.
