AOL Triton The AOL Triton AIM service isn't just for IM anymore. It's a complete communications platform -- with email, text messaging, video and voice, including the new TotalTalk?features. The new public beta of AIM is code-named Triton, which will serve as the gateway to AIM Mail, AOL Explorer, and AOL Internet Phone, along with other new services. Triton will not only helps AOL compete more effectively against the likes of MSN Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger, but it reflects the company's new strategy of offering robust services to nonsubscribers as well.
