Architects
Architects design the Owner's facility. They contract and coordinate necessary third parties, engineers, interior designers, etc., to complete the design.
Once contract documents
are complete, the Architect works with the Construction firm during the duration of the project, ensuring that design intent is met, and also providing clarification when required.
