  3. User Enters The Phone Number For Callback
  4. Call is launched to the user with a prompt and connect page displayed to user
  5. User acknowledges with # key
  6. Call is launched to merchant's phone (Based on Subject Code)
  7. Agent hears whispers acknowledged with #
  8. Agent and user are connected
  9. Agent can push page images (Based on Touch Tone Table)
