VRML

Some say html will be obsolete in the near future, replaced by three dimensional web sites all linked together in cyberspace. This new operating language is called VRML.

The Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) is a standard language for describing interactive 3-D objects and worlds delivered across the Internet. VRML will involve wearable computers and other plug-in devices such as Virtual Retinal Displays. Read about how these "glasses" may someday replace your monitor:
