VRD - What Is It?

The Virtual Retinal Display is actually a new way to display information. Traditional technologies such as CRT's, LCD's, or other flat panels all create images on a screen so that they can be viewed. The VRD eliminates the need for a screen by placing the images directly on the retina. This creates an image that is brighter, has higher resolution and has higher contrast.
