Speakers Bureau
The Office of LGBT Life is always looking for volunteers to join the Speakers Bureau. The Speakers Bureau is a group of faculty, staff, students and alumni - both lgbt-identified and allies - who facilitate Safe Space trainings and other lgbt educational programs/workshops around campus. Speakers Bureau members may find themselves talking about lgbt issues with a PE 101 class, or with doctors at the Emory Clinic. Joining the Speakers Bureau requires attending two four-hour training sessions (typically held in the fall). If you are interested in joining, please call 404-727-0272 or e-mail us at lgbt@emory.edu.
