Once set up, use the following instructions to obtain remote access:

From off campus, obtain a vpn connection to campus using the following web site: http://vpn.emory.edu

Once connected use the “Remote Desktop Connection” client which is built into WindowsXP and Windows Vista:

START > Programs > Accessories > Communications > Remote Desktop Connection

If you are running a version of Windows prior to Windows XP, you can download the Remote Desktop Client from Microsoft.

If you are running a version of Apple Macintosh you can download the Remote Desktop Client from Microsoft here.

User your Windows Password to connect to your Windows based computer. Report any problems to your support personnel.
