Requesting support is now as easy as “clicking send”

Have you ever needed help?  Is help.emory.edu confusing?  Fear no more!  You can now request support by sending an e-mail!  THAT”S RIGHT!  E-mail!  Just send an e-mail to clts@emory.edu.  Include as much detail as possible in the body of the e-mail and “click send”.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail back that asks you to click on a link to validate your request.  (This is so we don’t get spammed.)  Once you confirm your request a ticket is created and CLTS is alerted.  Its that easy!  So, please do not hesitate to let us know when you need help.  We’re just a click away!
