The Beta Theta Pi house is the most recently completed fraternity house, and offers modern styling and amenities. It contains a boardroom and formal parlor, as well as a living room and a dining room with tiled floors. There is also a covered balcony. The Beta house offers accommodations for 48 residents on three floors, accessible by an elevator. All rooms have lofted double-size beds and suite-style bathrooms.
