The Chi Phi (Connolly) house offers largest amount of common space, including a formal parlor and boardroom, spacious banquet room and recreational room, two studies, a lounge, and a kitchen. It has four stories and accommodates 44 residents in double rooms furnished with full-sized beds and suite-style bathrooms.
