Emory University Conferences is a full service conference operation during
the summer, approximately May 25 through August 1 every year. We serve
the needs
of
both Emory organizations and outside groups. We serve residential groups exclusively
but any group that does not need housing can contact the Meeting Services Office.
We do not offer any services during the academic year.
The Office of University Conferences offers housing, dining services,
meeting space, transportation, media support, and recreational services
for our guests.
The Office of University Conferences is a customer-centered organization
and will work with you to meet the needs of your group.
The Office of University Conferences is an auxiliary of Residence Life
& Housing within the Division of Campus Life at Emory University.
The mission of the Office of University Conferences is:
 To provide outstanding
customer service and quality services to our clients and guests; and
To provide
a meaningful learning experience for our staff through challenging responsibilities
and supportive supervision.
Both our clients and our staff are included in this mission statement
because both are equally important to us.
