From Interstate 85:

Take the Clairmont Road exit (exit 91) on the northeast side of town. Proceed south on Clairmont Road about four miles, just past the VA hospital, to Starvine Drive (there is a light at the intersection). Take a right onto Starvine Drive, and proceed up the hill to access the parking garage.
