In addition to traditional style accommodations in the residence halls, we also offer the use of a variety of beautiful and historic fraternity houses. Each fraternity house has furnished bedrooms and plentiful common space.

All of the houses the Office of University Conferences uses are owned by University Housing, and cared for professionally by staff from Custodial and Maintenance Services. All common areas are cleaned five days a week.

These houses offer the perfect environment for longer-term groups and groups that need more secluded space.
