The Mary Gray Monroe Theater, or MGM, is a magnificent black box theater used
by a professional theatrical company with an antique 21’ ceiling, and fixed
seating for approx 100 patrons. This 3000 square foot venue has wood paneled
floor and walls, making it perfect for rehearsals, indoor games, and a myriad
of other uses. The rental fee does not include overtime for events not held during
normal hours. The space can be set-up according to your specifications.* Please
