Phi Delta Theta is our largest fraternity house, with accommodations for 49. All rooms have lofted beds, and there are communal bathrooms. The facility is actually two interconnected buildings, featuring a large banquet room, two formal parlors with hardwood floors, a covered deck, and a basketball court.
