The Sigma Alpha Epsilon house continues to improve each summer as more renovations take place. Most recently, a new deck was built around the private pool behind the house. It has four stories, and can accommodate 30 residents in both singles and doubles, all with communal baths. Common spaces include a large social room, kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, sunroom, and recreational room.
