Robert L. Eisner, Ph.D.

Bob Eisner is Associate Professor in the Radiology Department at the Emory University School of Medicine. He is the Co-Director of the Department of Nuclear Cardiology at Crawford Long Hospital.

His research has focused on the link between basic imaging science and clinical applications. He has led the development of quantitative computer software for Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography and Positron Emission Tomography. He is the Project Leader in the development of the INSPECT TM and PROSPECT TM computer programs designed to evaluate SPECT TL201 and dual isotope SPECT myocardial perfusion studies.
