Main Compartment
- Oxygen Tubing
- Pediatric Oxygen Masks
- Oxygen Tank and Regulator
- Nasal Cannula: a type of oxygen mask which consists of two prongs which insert into the nasal cavity and provide low-flow oxygen
- Non-Rebreather Masks: these masks allow the patient to breathe in almost 100% fractional intake of oxygen while completely expelling all carbon dioxide
- Albuterol Masks / Kits (not pictured): albuterol administration kits contain the necessary hardware for administering nebulized albuterol via oxygen mask to patients experiencing moderate to severe asthma attacks
Back Pocket
- Manual Suction
- Combitube: this is a dual-lumen airway which serves to ensure patent intubation for the patient and allows for the connection of a bag valve mask
Left Pocket
- Oropharyngeal (Oral) Airways: these airways are inserted in the mouth and force the tongue down, ensuring that the tongue cannot block the airway
- Nasopharyngeal (Nasal) Airways: these airways are inserted in the nose and they bypass the tongue, ensuring that the tongue cannot block the airway
Front Pocket
- Bag Valve Mask: this is a device which allows the EMT to manually breathe for the unresponsive patient, thus ensuring adequate air flow into the lungs; tubing allows for the connection of oxygen, thus increasing inspired oxygen concentration
