Affirmative Action Plan:
- Develop Emory's Affirmative Action Plan
- Analyze affirmative action data upon request
Community and Diversity Planning:
- Design/Develop a CDP aligned with existing institutional priorities
- Promote activities for building a diverse community
Education:
Design, develop and facilitate programs for:
- Diversity and Diversity Management
- Inclusion
- Discrimination/harassment awareness and prevention
- Community harmony
Internal Complaint Investigation:
- Investigate internal complaints and determine if policy violations have occurred
- Provide support for community harmony
Search and Hire:
- Monitor Emory's hiring processes and procedures
- Assist departments with recruiting and hiring practices
