Sexual Harassment:
What is it?
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other
verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature are considered sexual
harassment when:
- Submission is made a term or condition of employment or student status
- The response to such conduct is used as the basis of employment or academic decisions.
- The conduct unreasonably interferes with an individual’s work or academic performance
- The conduct creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work or academic environment
