Recycle phone books on campus

Faculty, staff and students may recycle their old office and home telephone books and Yellow Pages on campus through the end of February.

The telephone book recycling container is located in front of the waste management site on Peavine Creek Drive just before Candler Field. The site is accessible 24 hours a day, and directional signs have been posted at the intersection of Fraternity Row and Peavine Creek Drive.

For further information, contact Recycling Coordinator Elaine Gossett at 727-1796 or egosset@emory.edu.

Survey being conducted on scholarly interests in religion, other interdisciplinary topics

Recently the provost sent a survey to all faculty regarding scholarly interest in religion. The survey was designed by a faculty group for the purpose of locating and eventually connecting faculty who have such interests, and also to reveal other areas of shared interdisciplinary interests. If you have not received a survey or have misplaced your copy, call the Office of Institutional Planning and Research at 727-0765, or send e-mail to sfrost@emory.edu to request either a paper or electronic copy of the survey.
