Concert to benefit Egleston Children's Hospital
Emory will present a recital featuring organist Timothy Albrecht,
violinist
Vernal Richardson and trumpter Mark Hughes in "Just for Kids," a benefit
performance for Egleston Children's Hospital. The program, to be held in
the
Little Chapel of Glenn Memorial Church at 10 a.m. on Feb. 11, will
include
music that will appeal to children of all ages including Walt Disney
Studio's
highlights from Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and The Little Mermaid;
Tchaikovsky's "Chinese Dance" from the Nutcracker; Brahms Lullaby; and
the
traditional When You Wish Upon a Star. Tickets are $6 and are available
through
the Emory Box Office at 727-6187.
