"Nature" host George Page visits Yerkes chimpanzees

Wearing a mask to prevent the spread of germs to the chimpanzees, Emory alumnus and "Nature" television host and managing editor George Page recently visited young chimpanzees and scientists at the Yerkes Primate Research Center for the filming of an introduction to a "Nature" program on primate behavior. Scheduled for broadcast this fall, the program will include the behavioral studies of Yerkes scientist Kim Bard (center) whose camera bag is being inspected by Yerkes chimpanzee Lindsay. At right, chimpanzee Wislon took a nap in Yerkes research assistant Kelly McDonald's lap.
