Students, families enjoy Lullwater Day
Nine-year-old Al Tobin, whose sister Alicia is a senior in Emory College,
was
one of the hundreds of Emory students and their family members who
attended the
annual Lullwater Day celebration Oct. 21 and 22. More than 2,000 people
attended Lullwater Day activities, which take place during Parents'
Weekend.
Lullwater Day highlights included a picnic lunch on the Dobbs Center
terraces,
performance by the student a cappella group No Strings Attached, a
juggling performance by Emory's Amazing Throw Up Society, and an acoustic
guitar performance by College Senior Erin Yount. Children's activities
included
face painting and a magician's act.
