"Preserving a Golden Past" will feature a diverse range of architectural
styles, interior design and landscaping as diverse as the Druid Hill community
itself. The eight homes featured on the tour (most were constructed during the
"roaring 20s," and a contemporary home) reflect a creative blend of old and new
styles. $15 for all homes, $5 for single homes and group rates available.

MICHAEL C. CARLOS MUSEUM EXHIBITION
"From Gaudí to Tàpies: Twentieth-Century Catalan Masters" will
feature 70 paintings, drawings and sculptures by seventeen acknowledged masters
from the Spanish region of Catalonia. The exhibition highlights the four
principal phases of 20th Century art of Catalonia: Modernisme, Noucentisme, the
Avant-Garde, and the Post-War period acquainting American audiences with the
artistic achievements of this seminal region. Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m.,
Monday-Saturday; 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday; and noon-5 p.m. Sunday. A $3 donation
