World Market open during Olympics
A World Market featuring gifts, arts and crafts, music and a snack bar will be open on the Dobbs Center outdoor patio from July 22-Aug. 2. Hours are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday. According to Linda Byams, assistant manager for meeting services in Dobbs Center, vendor markets are offered during the school year, but usually not during the summer. However, Byams hopes to attract some of the more than 3,000 Olympic visitors expected to be on campus. For vendor information, call 727-5354.
Houston Mill House to offer expanded hours
Houston Mill House will offer expanded hours from Tuesday, July 16-Monday, Aug. 5. Lunch will be served Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.; dinner will be served Monday-Saturday, 5:30-9 p.m.; and Sunday brunch will be served 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. A private dining room is available for large groups as well as off-site catering and bed and breakfast accommodations.
