Volleyball team having record season
Alicia Moore (above) and the rest of her teammates on the Emory volleyball
team have been selected to compete in the NCAA Division III national championship
tournament for the second time in the past three seasons. The Eagles hosted
first- and second-round matches of the South region Nov. 15-16. The team
finished the season with a 30-7 record and ranked 11th in the nation. At
the University Athletic Association championship two weeks ago, Emory placed
second, the school's highest finish ever.
