"Discovery and Deceit: Archaeology and the Forger's Craft" features
antiquities, including statues, reliefs and vessels from the Mediterranean
Basin and the Near East, as well as ancient forgeries. The exhibition demonstrates
how scholars use different methods to establish that a work of art is an

Theater Emory presents A Renaissance Repertory, a series of three productions
in a setting designed after English theaters of the late 1500s. A variation
on Shakespeare's Hamlet titled Hamlet and Ophelia, opens Feb. 15 with performances
on Feb. 15 and 23 at 8 p.m.; at 7 and 9 p.m. on Feb. 24; and at 10:30 p.m.
on Feb. 27. Admission is free on a first-come, first-served basis. Shakespeare's
The Tempest opens at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 20, with performances scheduled at
3 p.m. on Feb. 23, March 1 and 2; and at 8 p.m. on Feb. 27, March 5 and
7. Tickets: $15, $12, and $7. John Webster's 1621 classic, The White Devil,
opens at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, with performances at 8 p.m. on Feb. 26 and
28, March 1, 4 and 6. Tickets: $15, $12 and $7. There will be a "pay-what-you-can"
