Getting married ... or divorced?
If you are changing your name, you must complete a Personal Information Change Form, available from Data Services. You will need to submit new tax forms, a copy of your new Social Security card or application filed with Social Security, and an I-9 form.

Don’t let your paycheck get held up
Changed direct-deposit bank account numbers and closed accounts will hold up your paycheck. Notify the payroll department of any changes to your direct-deposit account by submitting a new direct-deposit authorization form, available under “forms” at www.finance.emory.edu/payroll.
