The Office of International Affairs hosted its second annual International Awards Night on Feb. 19, giving out two awards to individuals who have helped make Emory a more international university. This year’s winners were former Korean ambassador to the United States Hong Koo Lee, ’59C, who took home the inaugural Sheth Distinguished International Alumni Award; and Kenneth Stein, Schatten Professor of Contemporary Middle Eastern History and Israeli Studies, who won the Marion Creekmore Award.
