Human Resources is pleased to announce that faculty
and staff now have online access to their own pay and personal contact
information. The new E-Modules enable employees to:
• update home phone/addresses, e-mail addresses and emergency
contact information.
• view current and past pay advices.
• view compensation history.
• update direct deposit amounts and account information.
• change federal tax withholding.
E-Modules are written for Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher.
Employees who do not have the required version will need to get
an upgrade from local computer support. Netscape users may not be
able to access certain functions.
To use E-Modules, you need your network ID and password. To determine
what your network ID is, go to www.emory.edu
and click on Directory. Type in your last name and click on Search.
Your directory listing may display your network ID under the ID
column. If an ID is not displayed, call ITD at 404-727-7777. In
addition to telling you your network ID, they can also reset your
password to one you will remember. With your ID and password, you
are ready to go to E-Modules.
The direct web address for E-Modules is https://leo.cc.emory.edu.
You can also access self-service at www.finance.emory.edu
or http://emory.hr.emory.edu.
(click on the PeopleSoft logo).
Once you are at the website, you can choose:
• “My Personal Information”: review and edit personal
information; review and edit name, address, phone numbers, e-mail
and emergency contact information.
• “Payroll and Compensation”: review and edit
direct deposit information; W-4 federal tax withholding exemption
and amounts; paycheck and advice information; W-2 reissue requests;
links to Georgia tax information; and compensation history.
Users can be assured their information is on a secure website and
will remain confidential as long as they do not share their login
ID and password, and remember to sign out when finished.
For more information, call the payroll office at 404-727-6100 or
HR at 404-727-7563.
