Health care plan; ID card checkup
Participants in Emory’s new health plans should have received ID cards from their respective insurance providers in the mail. Below is a listing of necessary cards by provider, including how many cards should have been received and recourse information for missing cards.

• EmoryChoice HMO (Aetna): One card for every covered family member. For questions, call Aetna Member Services at 877-719-3993 or visit www.aetna.com.

• EmoryCare: PPO/Health-Choice PPO (CIGNA): Up to two cards, both in employee’s name but can be used by any covered family member. Double check the back of the card(s) for the correct inquiry phone number (800-251-0669) and for the UBH (United Behavioral Health) phone number (877-237-8575). If these numbers are not correctly listed, contact CIGNA Member Services at 800-251-0670.

• Caremark-Prescription Drugs: Up to two cards, both in employee’s name but can be used by any covered family member. Caremark Member Services, 866-768-4258.

• Traditional Dental (Aetna): New members should have received cards; previous members can use old cards. Aetna Member Services, 877-238-6200.

• Dental Access (Comp Benefits): New members’ cards are being mailed in mid-January; previous members can use old cards. Comp Benefits Member Services, 800-407-5514.

• Emory Vision: One card for every covered family member. Emory Vision Member Services, 770-420-1500.


Parking permits ready for pickup
Renewed parking permits for University, Emory Hospital and Emory Clinic employees are now available at the following locations:

Emory University
• Jan. 21, 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m., White Hall lobby.

• Jan. 22, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m., Rollins School of Public Health plaza lobby.

• Jan. 31, 10 a.m.–1 p.m., Briarcliff Campus, third floor west auditorium (Briarcliff Campus employees only).

Emory Hospital
• Jan. 23, 6–10 a.m., Center for Rehab Medicine main lobby.

• Jan. 24, 6 a.m.–4 p.m., hospital auditorium lobby.

• Jan. 25, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., hospital auditorium lobby.

• Jan. 27, 6–10 a.m., Clairmont Campus parking deck security office.
Emory Clinic

• Jan. 27, 6–10 a.m., Clairmont Campus parking deck security office.

• Jan. 28, 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m., Building A, fifth floor conference room.

• Jan. 29, 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m., Building B, first floor atrium.

• Jan. 30, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., 1525 Building, room 478.

Employees unable to pick up permits during these times can bring a photo ID to the Parking Office in the Clairmont Campus parking and pick up tags after Jan. 22 (University employees), after Jan. 27 (Emory Hospital) and after Jan. 30 (Emory Clinic). Beginning this year, University employees are issued two-year permits.
