Wagner town hall brings record crowd: President Jim Wagner makes a point during the Employee Council’s annual Town Hall meeting, Nov. 11. Wagner was participating in his first town hall, and the Emory community clearly was interested in what he had to say, as listeners were lined up outside the doors to Winship Ballroom. Unafraid of controversial issues, Wagner frankly discussed campus diversity, merit pay increases and retirement benefits. Looking on from the front table are Employee Council President Don Newsome and Bob Ethridge, vice president for Equal Opportunity Programs. Click here or above for the full story.
