Open Enrollment ends Friday, Nov. 7
This is the last week employees can update, add or change their benefits. Open enrollment closes, Friday, Nov. 7.

Changes can be made using paper forms, which must be returned to HR by Friday, or online at http://leo.cc.emory.edu. Employees who wish to continue their current coverage do not need to take any action.

If you have any questions, contact your HR benefits representative.

Physics hosts eclipse viewing, Nov. 8
The "drop-in" event from 7-10 p.m. will feature small telescopes set up outside the Math & Science Center as well as continuous presentations inside the building's planetarium featuring live (or, in the case of cloudy skies, recorded) images from the rooftop 24-inch Cassegrain telescope.

The totality of the eclipse will begin at 8:06 p.m. and will be over around 8:30. Unlike a solar eclipse, which is dangerous to view directly with the naked eye, looking at a lunar eclipse is totally safe.

For more information, call 404-727-7862.

Correction
An article in the Oct. 27 Emory Report incorrectly stated that the Passages mentoring program run by the provost's office is open exclusively to women faculty. In 2001-02, the program began pairing male mentors and mentees.
