Thanks to a gift from an anonymous donor, famed minimalist artist Sol Lewitt now has a presence on campus. This 2002 piece, “Tower With Vertical Blocks 1,” constructed of white concrete blocks, recently was installed outside White Hall. Art history Associate Professor James Meyer toured the campus personally with LeWitt and helped choose the site. Photo by Jon Rou.
