IT debuts web-based support service
The Information Technology Division has introduced a new, web-based electronic support request (ESR) form, which directly forwards support requests to technicians with the intent to increase customer-response time to noncritical issues.

The easy-to-use form will eventually replace help@emory.edu, which is being phased out. The service, located at https://www.app.emory.edu/helpdesk, prompts users for information to help with troubleshooting.

Feedback can be directed to csd-1@listserv.cc.emory.edu.
