Cardinal for unity to speak at Glenn
Cardinal Walter Kasper will lecture on "The Timeliness of Speaking of God" on Tuesday, March 2, in Glenn Memorial Auditorium.
Tickets are required for the free event, which begins at 7:30 p.m.
Kasper is president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity and the Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews. He is also the author of many books including “Sacrament Of Unity: The Eucharist And The Church;” “A Celebration of Priestly Ministry: Challenge, Renewal, and Joy in the Catholic Priesthood;” and “Searching for Christian Unity.”
The Candler School of Theology, the Aquinas Center and the Claus M. Halle Institute for Global Learning are sponsors.
