How to write for the digital world

Faculty thinking of a digital dimension or digital foundation for their next research project can attend a panel discussion on undertaking digital projects. Sponsored by author development in the Center for Faculty Development and Excellence, “Writing for Digital Mediums” will be April 7 from noon to 1:30 p.m., 280 PAIS (Psychology and Interdisciplinary Sciences building).

Allen Tullos, associate professor of American Studies; Gary Laderman, professor of religion; and Erika Farr, digital programs strategist with Woodruff Library, will share experiences and discuss issues faculty members should consider in digital projects. Tullos is also senior editor of Southern Spaces, a peer-reviewed Internet journal and scholarly forum; Laderman is executive co-editor of online magazine Religion Dispatches.

Amy Benson Brown, director of the Author Development Program, will moderate.
