Guidebook is 'excellent resource'

Bike Emory will be distributing copies of "Georgia Bike Sense" (PDF), the Georgia Department of Transportation's recently updated guide for cyclists and motorists, at the Dobbs University Center, the Parking Office, the transportation office and at Bike Emory's bike share locations.

Sections cover riding in difficult or unusual conditions, riding with other cyclists and cycling with kids.

"This handbook is an excellent resource for both cyclists and non-cyclists and does a great job of covering the rules of the road," says Bike Emory's Jamie Smith, who notes that guides are also available in Spanish.

Cycling classes

The next bike class is planned for March 26. See the Bike Emory calendar for details when they become available. For more information, contact info@bike.emory.edu.
