New location for Parking Services

Emory's Parking Services offices are moving from the Lowergate Parking Deck on the main campus to a new location with existing Transportation and Parking offices in the Starvine Deck on the Clairmont Campus.

Opening Tuesday, March 15, the offices are a short walk across Starvine Way or available via shuttle on Cliff's C or E routes.

"We consolidated our parking and transportation operations to one location in order to provide more efficient services for our customers," says Lisa Underwood, associate vice president, Transportation and Parking Services.

The current offices closed on Thursday, March 10, for the transition to the new offices.

Parking-related questions that need to be addressed in person must wait until March 15. In the meantime, customers can call 404.727.1829 or e-mail for assistance.

"Once the office move is completed, we will evaluate and implement possible satellite customer service locations to better serve our customers across campus," says Underwood. "We will continue to update the Emory community on program and policy changes as they develop."

Faculty, staff and students can manage many of their parking transactions and information online at, including managing contact information and vehicle information, as well as paying, viewing or appealing citations.
