Every spring, the Visual Arts Department turns its contemporary gallery space over to their graduating Art History/Visual Arts joint majors for the Annual Student Art Exhibition, a presentation of senior theses and projects.

Christina Bishop, Danielle Gessow, Kelsey Krzyston, Julie Lutz and Natalie Sarraf will present their projects, which have evolved throughout the semester through ongoing critiques from artists on the Emory faculty as well as from the Atlanta community.

Beyond the gallery, the entire Visual Arts Building will be filled with drawings, paintings, photography and sculpture created in visual arts classes this spring semester by students from across the University.

The Annual Student Art Exhibition will be on view at the gallery from April 28 to May 9. There will be an opening reception on Thursday, April 28 from 5-8 p.m. and a champagne reception on Monday, May 9 immediately following Commencement from 12-4 p.m. Both receptions are free and open to the public.
