Farmers Market breaks with Berry Bash

The weekly Emory Farmers Market, held Tuesdays during the academic year from 12 to 5 p.m. on the Cox Hall Bridge, will take a hiatus until the fall semester.

During the market's final day on Tuesday, May 3, staff and students can enjoy organic blueberries and strawberries at the third annual Berry Bash from noon to 2 p.m.

Flats of berries, blueberry jam, cider and blueberry bushes will be for sale. Emory Dining will also have crepes with strawberry compote for $3.

In the Cox Hall Food Court, blueberry cheesecake bars will be sold for $3.19 all day. The desserts feature berries from Miles Berry Farm in Baxley, Ga.
