Overview
Finding the college that's right for you should be a matter of how well its programs and resources match your goals, not the price tag. We're pleased you think Emory University might be a good fit for you.
An Emory education is now more affordable for more students. With Emory Advantage the
Loan Replacement Grant (LRG) replaces need-based loans, which are normally awarded as part of the aid award with institutional grants. The LRG is available to eligible undergraduate students whose families' demonstrate financial need and have annual total incomes of $50,000 or less. The
Loan Cap Program caps cumulative Federal Subsidized Stafford Loan debt at $15,000 for undergraduate students whose families' demonstrate financial need and have annual total incomes between $50,000 and $100,000.
How to Apply
There is no separate application for the Loan Replacement Grant or Loan Cap Program. All incoming students who apply for institutional need-based financial aid will be considered for these programs. Students must submit an application for financial aid each year to assess current eligibility. Students are expected to make satisfactory academic progress in order to receive aid.
