The Beta Theta Pi house is the most recently completed fraternity house. Prior
to the newly constructed house, this lot was home to the Tau Epsilon Phi house
built in 1951. The Beta house features a boardroom and formal parlor, as well
as a living room and a dining room with tiled floors. The house resides up to
48 residents on 3 floors, all accessible by an elevator. Each room is furnished
with lofted double-size beds and suite-style bathrooms.
