Phi Delta Theta house is the largest house on the row, housing up to
49 residents in rooms with lofted beds and communal hall bathrooms.
The original house was built in 1940. After a structural fire in 1959,
the building was remodeled. Now, the building is actually two interconnected
buildings feature a large banquet room, two formal parlors with hardwood
floors, a covered deck, and a outdoor
basketball court.
