The
Sigma Alpha Epsilon house was the first house to be
built on Fraternity Row. Originally constructed in
1928, the house was rebuilt after a fire in 1932,
and added onto in 1956. The SAE house accommodates 30
residents in both singles and doubles and communal

is the only house
on the Row that has
an outdoor private pool. Additional amenities include
a large social room, kitchen, living room, dining
room, foyer, sunroom,
and recreational room.
